The Megen/Messer Team was created by combining the strengths of Megen Construction Company's site management with Frank Messer & Sons Construction Co.'s technical support and resources. The Megen/Messer Team was directly responsible for coordinating the construction efforts on the Tyler Davidson Fountain project to maintain the progress of the project cost, schedule, quality, and safety goals. Mr. Evans Nwankwo, President of Megen Construction Company, was responsible for overall project leadership and site management. He has over 20 years of construction experience and a B.S. in Building Construction Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. J. Stephen Eder, Operations Vice President of Frank Messer & Sons Construction Co.,was responsible for the project's technical support and supported Mr. Nwankwo's leadership efforts. He has over 21 years of construction experience and a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Robert Fricke served as Project Manager and was responsible for coordinating the day-to-day construction activities on the project. He has over 13 years of experience in Construction Site Development and a B.S. from Miami University.
MEGEN was incorporated in 1993 and is a strongly emerging Construction Management and General Contracting firm. Operating in the Greater Cincinnati area, Megen is a Minority Business Enterprise and is certified by the State of Ohio, City of Cincinnati, and the Cincinnati Minority Supplier Development Council. Megen's officers and staff have been active in the construction industry for nearly two decades.
