The work of the historic fountains conservation department of the Oberlin conservation center are highlighted here. Located near Cleveland, Ohio, the center has evolved into a multidisciplinary organization with departments in paper conservation, paintings conservation, metals and sculpture conservation, and the conservation of historic fountains and monuments. The services have typically been provided to institutions, municipalities and state governments.
